You are responsible for your account security, the accuracy of your profile information, and all activity performed under your account.
Do not use the product to harass others, impersonate real people, generate fraud, or bypass consent. We may suspend abusive accounts.
Suggestions are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inappropriate. You remain responsible for what you send, say, or act on.
Paid features, plans, and pricing may change. If subscriptions are enabled, billing terms and cancellation policy should be shown before purchase.
You keep rights in content you lawfully provide and grant us only the limited permission needed to process it for the requested service. Submit only necessary content and do not upload another person’s private information without a lawful basis or permission.
We may restrict abusive or unlawful use, update these terms with notice, and stop features that cannot be operated safely or legally. Questions and complaints can be sent through Support.

Chat text, screenshots, emotional states, identities, and intimate relationship details may be sensitive personal information about you or another person. We ask for separate consent before first sending this material to AI. You may withdraw that consent in Settings; future submissions will ask again.
When signed in, Chat history stores text you send, AI replies, and low-resolution image previews used to restore history across devices until you delete the relevant session or account. Full-resolution images sent to the model are not stored in Chat history. This device also keeps a capacity-limited preview cache. Standalone Relationship Analysis stores submitted context, background, and results until account deletion. Optional product analytics do not contain chat text, screenshots, questions, names, or AI replies and retain raw events for 90 days.
Chat and relationship-analysis data generate requested results, restore history, and provide relevant context in later turns. Optional product analytics improve product interactions. Diagnostics without user or session identifiers are retained for 14 days.
Relevant text or images are sent to the configured external AI provider to generate replies, screenshot extraction, or relationship analysis. Hosting and network providers may also process stored or transmitted data under their applicable terms.
Deleting a Chat session removes its server-side messages, server-side image previews, and device-local cache. Deleting your account removes the account, Chat history, image previews, relationship-analysis records, and linked product-analytics events. Unlinked installation events expire after 90 days; local sessions, image cache, analytics consent, and the installation identifier are cleared immediately.
You can access and correct profile information, delete individual chat sessions, withdraw optional analytics or sensitive-data consent, request an export through Support, and permanently delete the account in Profile. We verify account ownership before fulfilling protected requests.
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Account data and submitted content use the disclosed Singapore hosting and model-processing path.

iOS digital subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. The App Store purchase sheet controls the displayed price, currency, trial, billing period, and applicable tax. Access is linked to the Apple purchase and your signed-in Rapport AI account.
Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically for the same period and Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account. Apple determines the renewal timing and sends notices required for price changes.
Cancel in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions, or in the App Store subscription-management page. Deleting the app or your Rapport AI account does not by itself cancel Apple billing. You can restore eligible purchases in the app.
Refund eligibility and processing for iOS purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. If a paid feature materially changes, we will disclose the change and preserve purchased access as required by applicable rules.

Purpose: requested AI chat, relationship analysis, and screenshot text extraction. Data: the text, image, and task context you choose to submit, plus technical request metadata. Activated only when an AI feature is used.
The overseas version continues to use a lightweight server located in Singapore. Purpose: application hosting, encrypted network transport, databases, backups, and operational security. Data includes account records, saved service history, consent records, and limited service logs described in the Privacy Policy.
After the required filings are completed and the Mainland China production environment is activated, Alibaba Cloud regions in Mainland China will host the application, databases, backups, and operational-security services. The active region, operator, and filing information will be disclosed at launch.
Purpose: Sign in with Apple, In-App Purchase, purchase restoration, and native platform capabilities. Apple processes provider identifiers, purchase records, and device/platform information under Apple’s terms.
Purpose: optional account sign-in. The Google sign-in SDK is loaded only when that option is available and you choose it. We receive the verified account identifier and profile fields authorized by the provider.
Capacitor plugins provide native app functions. Font Awesome assets may be delivered through a content-delivery network on web builds. We will update this list before enabling a new processor that changes data handling.
We ask users to confirm that they are at least 18 before registration or first sensitive-data submission. Do not create an account or submit relationship content if you are under 18.
If a parent or guardian believes a minor supplied personal information, contact Support with enough information for us to locate and remove it after appropriate verification.
The service must not be used to sexualize, groom, coerce, track, or exploit a minor. Reports involving child safety receive urgent human review and may be preserved or reported when law requires.
The website ICP filing, app filing, operator identity, domain, and public contact details will be displayed here and in the product footer after approval. A blank or pending filing number is not represented as approved.
AI-generated replies and analyses are visibly labeled. The production model/provider and any required algorithm or generative-AI filing information will be disclosed before Mainland public launch.
Sensitive relationship content requires separate consent. The disclosed Mainland hosting and model path is used by default. Users can report AI content for human review and can request correction, export, deletion, or account cancellation through the in-app paths.
Use good judgment before sending messages, making relationship decisions, or relying on emotional analysis.
If a conversation involves abuse, coercion, self-harm, stalking, threats, or urgent mental health issues, do not rely on the app alone. Seek real-world support immediately.
Do not use AI-generated suggestions to manipulate, pressure, or deceive another person. Healthy communication requires consent and respect.
Always review generated replies, openers, and plans before use. Adjust tone, facts, and boundaries to fit the real situation.
